I submitted the paperwork to cancel my extended warranty and GAP and was only reimbursed for the GAP, I have called, emailed and Facebook message and no response. It has been over 4 months. Do not recommend. It has been over 2 weeks since I was told they were looking into it and no one has reached out to me. -10 stars for pretending to care and trying to solve the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

The dealership is full of horrid and messed up people, especially in the finance department. Joey was absolutely out of line and treats people however he would like and will argue with you over nothing, acts like a pathetic child and will raise his voice and pulled me outside to say such inappropriate things to me about my trade in and the vehicle I was looking at. Their service department is TERRIBLE. An oil change was satisfactory. Also went in for a diagnostic after I did a code read at O'Reilly Autoparts and replaced spark plugs and ignition coil. I told the Service Advisor that I replaced those parts and that cylinder 7 was still misfiring. Had that same thing happen a year ago with a different cylinder and they replaced the fuel injector and the problem was solved. All around excellent experience. The deal was hard to beat, the salesman was attentive and professional, the manager worked hard to bring the deal to a satisfactory conclusion, and the finance manager completed the paperwork quickly. My wife and I drove away with a new 2024 Ram 1500 Limited and are very happy with the transaction.

Excellent service and sales department. Very informative and honest about my transaction. I had an issue and the service department stepped in and fixed my issue. I couldn’t ask for much more than ( free) ! lol! I will be back and recommend all friends and family.

I purchased a used 2016 Nissan Frontier on 09/12/23 from Ryan Brown , I had a wonderfull experience ! The sales team worked hard to get Me where I wanted to be money wise . They got the payment to what I was expecting and I left with a gorgeous truck ! I drove an hour and a half to Franklin , but it was worth the drive .

Excellent customer service! A dealer who cares about its customers are hard to find these days. Most just want the sale and will forget about you. Franklin CDJR goes out of its way to take care of its customer. Don’t bother with Southern Ram. Poor customer service and incompetent. Franklin might be outside of city limits, but worth the ride.
